WHAT SEASON ARE YOU CURRENTLY ACCEPTING FOR CONSIGNMENT?

WHAT DESIGNERS DO YOU TAKE IN?

Our buying standards are constantly adapting to trends in customer demand and fluctuating inventory levels.  We have curated a list of commonly consigned designers here, but feel free to inquire about our current needs via email at consign@consignmentbrooklyn.com

 

 WHAT ARE THE LETTERS AT THE END OF YOUR PRODUCT NAMES?

The letters in parenthesis (FW), (R) and (SS) denote the season the item is a part of.
(FW) is Fall/Winter,
(R) is Resort 
(SS) is Spring/Summer
(V) is Vintage

 

CAN I PLACE AN ITEM ON HOLD?
Unfortunately since we only possess one of each item, we cannot place any items on hold for any period of time.

 

WHAT IS THE WELCOME DISCOUNT?
When you sign up for our newsletter you will receive an email with a discount code eligible for 10% off of your first purchase. Discounts apply to full priced merchandise and do not apply to jewelry. 

  

DO YOU ACCEPT FURNITURE?

Unfortunately we do not have the space to accommodate home goods at this time.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT VINTAGE?

Vintage is not our specialty, however, we do accept a select amount of 20th century merchandise that has been produced by collectable high-end designers such as Chanel, Saint Laurent, Alaia, Emilio Pucci, and Missoni.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS?

Due to limited availability we please ask that you schedule an appointment in advance.

 

WHAT IS THE POLICY WITH DAMAGES? 
This applies to online orders only.

1. E-mail detailed photos of damaged merchandise to info@consignmentbrooklyn.com WITHIN 24 HOURS of receiving your order.
2. A staff member will respond via e-mail to coordinate delivery of damaged merchandise.
3. Upon receipt of damaged merchandise, store credit funds will be applied accordingly.
4. There will be no exceptions for items that were sold "AS IS".

 $5 – ITEMS UNDER $50
$10 – ITEMS BETWEEN $50 AND $100
$20 – ITEMS BETWEEN $100 AND $500
$100 – ITEMS OVER $500

 

CAN I USE MY STORE CREDIT TOWARDS AN ONLINE PURCHASE?

If you are a consignor with existing store credit, and you would like to use it towards your online purchase, please e-mail Lucy at info@consignmentbrooklyn.com or call the shop so that we may process your order MON-FRI 11-5 PM. At this time we are unable to process online orders with store credit.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT FORMAL ATTIRE OR WEDDING GOWNS?

Although we always carry event attire for special occasions, our merchandise tends to be more casual, so formal wear is taken on a case by case basis.  We encourage potential consignors to email photos of special event wear to our in-house stylist for an evaluation.
