WHAT ARE THE LETTERS AT THE END OF YOUR PRODUCT NAMES?
The letters in parenthesis (FW), (R) and (SS) denote the season the item is a part of.
(FW) is Fall/Winter,
(R) is Resort
(SS) is Spring/Summer
(V) is Vintage
DO YOU ACCEPT FURNITURE?
Unfortunately we do not have the space to accommodate home goods at this time.
DO YOU ACCEPT VINTAGE?
Vintage is not our specialty, however, we do accept a select amount of 20th century merchandise that has been produced by collectable high-end designers such as Chanel, Saint Laurent, Alaia, Emilio Pucci, and Missoni.
DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS?
Due to limited availability we please ask that you schedule an appointment in advance.
WHAT IS THE POLICY WITH DAMAGES?
This applies to online orders only.
$10 – ITEMS BETWEEN $50 AND $100
$20 – ITEMS BETWEEN $100 AND $500
$100 – ITEMS OVER $500
CAN I USE MY STORE CREDIT TOWARDS AN ONLINE PURCHASE?
If you are a consignor with existing store credit, and you would like to use it towards your online purchase, please e-mail Lucy at firstname.lastname@example.org or call the shop so that we may process your order MON-FRI 11-5 PM. At this time we are unable to process online orders with store credit.
DO YOU ACCEPT FORMAL ATTIRE OR WEDDING GOWNS?
Although we always carry event attire for special occasions, our merchandise tends to be more casual, so formal wear is taken on a case by case basis. We encourage potential consignors to email photos of special event wear to our in-house stylist for an evaluation.
